Personal information is defined as any information that can be used to distinguish, identify or contact a specific individual including, but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number, or other contact information whether provided in writing, orally or by electronic means.

The student’s legal guardian and/or representatives will be required to register the student and consent to this policy. As a Customer, you are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and correction of the information you provide to us. As such, you accept to provide complete, current and accurate information on the registration form.

We collect Personal Information (as defined above) only when you provide such information directly to us in connection with the Service. We ask for Personal Information when you register your account with Spanish with Mary or if you correspond with us (in which case we will also retain your responses). When you add a credit card or payment method to a third party that handles payments on our behalf, you expressly agree to the use of your billing and payment information by any such third-party payment processor.
